If there’s an issue with your order (misprint, damage, or defect), let me know within 30 days of receiving it. Same goes for lost packages—just reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

šŸ“¦ Returns go back to the Printful facility by default. If something gets returned and goes unclaimed for 30 days, it’s donated to charity. If you use a different return address, you're responsible for any returned packages.

🚚 Wrong Address – If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, the package will be returned. I’ll need an updated address and reshipping will be at your cost.

šŸ“¬ Unclaimed Orders – If a shipment isn’t picked up, it’ll come back to the facility and reshipping is on you.

😷 Face Masks & Sealed Items – These can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.

šŸ›ļø Change of Mind – I don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size. If you want a different size, you’ll need to place a new order.

šŸ‡§šŸ‡· Brazilian Customers – You have 7 days after delivery to request a return. It must be unused and in original condition. Otherwise, refunds aren’t possible.

šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡ŗ EU Customers – Personalized items and unsealed goods (like masks) aren’t returnable under EU law.
