If thereās an issue with your order (misprint, damage, or defect), let me know within 30 days of receiving it. Same goes for lost packagesājust reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
š„ If itās a mistake on our end, Iāll cover it.
Notice a problem? Submit a report right away so I can get it sorted.
š¦ Returns go back to the Printful facility by default. If something gets returned and goes unclaimed for 30 days, itās donated to charity. If you use a different return address, you're responsible for any returned packages.
š Wrong Address ā If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, the package will be returned. Iāll need an updated address and reshipping will be at your cost.
š¬ Unclaimed Orders ā If a shipment isnāt picked up, itāll come back to the facility and reshipping is on you.
š· Face Masks & Sealed Items ā These canāt be returned due to hygiene reasons.
šļø Change of Mind ā I donāt accept returns for buyerās remorse or wrong size. If you want a different size, youāll need to place a new order.
š§š· Brazilian Customers ā You have 7 days after delivery to request a return. It must be unused and in original condition. Otherwise, refunds arenāt possible.
šŖšŗ EU Customers ā Personalized items and unsealed goods (like masks) arenāt returnable under EU law.
